Jackson's On Sinclair

I hate the new owners are still using the previous name for their new ventures. These new owners are anything but kind and have politely been asked not to use the Choby’s name. One of the owners has also been known to grab young girls and even got banned from a local restaurant for it. Watch out for these people. We definitely will not be going back here after the recent talk of this place.

I loved the seafood ! It was my Birthday and i had never been . Best seafood i have had in Georgia . They gave me a chocolote piece of cheesecake for desert .

The food was cooked to long....

Service was fast and polite. Food was delicious. I had the 14oz Ribeye with a crab cake. Both were perfectly cooked. It was one of the few times 8 ate all my sides too because they were so good.

Service was great. Food was excellent. The cocktail I chose was not good...the frozen Tropical Breeze had no flavor whatsoever and not even a hint of alcohol detected. Definitely disappointed with that. Otherwise a great atmosphere for a nice meal.

Great food but horrible service. We were there tonight and waited an hour and three tables in the bar were empty the whole time. Staff stands around talking. I have to assume the owner was not there since the staff showed no urgency to serve the 25 people standing outside. It’s a shame. The place is a gold mine but with bad service it is just like any other place

Great atmosphere, awesome staff, GREAT food.......I will return and will definitely recommend Jackson's to all my friends and family in the area !!!

Dinner and Friday night karaoke!We enjoy every visit to Jackson's. The food is great and the owner is on hand to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Best kept secret in Milledgeville for sure.

Food and service are the best in town

Was on a 1st date, neither of us had eaten here and we were extremely happy with Jackson's. I had the seafood carbonara that was AMAZING times 100 !!!!! My date had the crab cakes, again.... AMAZING!!Service was good and loved the atmosphere!! We WILL be coming g back.

Coconut shrimp and stuffed grouper were both excellent. Catfish is the wife's favorite. One of our favorite hangouts.

We arrived at the restaurant around 6:00 and we left after 8:00 PM. My husband and I ordered shrimp tacos and boiled shrimp. Food was almost an hour getting to our table. The restaurant was not very busy either. We decided to ordered dessert but that was a huge mistake. It took over twenty minutes for my husband to get a slice of pecan pie. The waitress told me that they had messed up my molten lava cake so I would have to wait 8 more minutes. I told her to forget and jokingly told her that she could bring me the one that messed up. To my surprise she brought to me (it wasn’t even done) and charged me for it. I am still chocking on that meal!!!! $60 dollars and mama ain’t happy!

We have been here a couple of times over thePast few months. If you like fried food- it is really good. I am trying to eat better- so I wasn’t wild about the menu either time. While it is on the lake- it is so far back at the far end of the parking lot there is no view. It is one of the few placesWe can go to by boat, so I am sure we will go back.

Foods amazing service is SLOW.Waitresses are good looking, but been sitting here more than an hour for my food.

Food and atmosphere what's great. My wife and I had the steam pot, mine was cold and the one my wife had was hot but all in all, everything was great. Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive and the prices are very reasonable. We WILL be back.

Bartenders are nice and work hard to make sure you are having the best time possible. They are remodeling and making some great improvements.

Meal was delicious, I was a part of a large group of people fourteen. I feel the waitress was overworked. That large of a group should have two waitress.

Now Ole Chobys. Delicious fried grouper. Everything was very good. Great service. I think this new place will be a winner
